OK, here is all I could find, in the general BURLE catalog. You could
contact Brian Greene or Robert Rutherford at the factory in Lancaster, PA.
He will give you more info, like a data sheet.
(717) 295-2993 or 295-6025.

Its a linear-rated tetrode. Looks good for SSB HF amplifier. Very expensive
to replace, I bet.
Rated to 400 Mhz, typical 1.2 KW at 30 MHz
Fil 5.5 V, 17.3 Amperes, matrix oxide (not a fast warmup Thoriated tungsten)
Mu = 7 (screen to control grid transconductance)
Capcitances:
G1-K 38 pF
G1-G2 48 pF
G2-P 16 pF
G1-P 0.23 pF
K-P 0.2 pF

Forced Air cooled, operates in any position
Excellent SSB tube, with 2500 volts on plate, 1 Ampere peak of envelope,
600 volts on screen
30 dB 5th order product, two tone measurement

Max plate dissipation is 1500 Watts
Screen dissipation is 50 W
Sorry, nothing on control grid rating in the book, which there seems to be
a lot of interest in on this forum. Should put protection on the grid
current or power...
