I think we got back on this subject when discussing our DOE of the amplifiers and how the output Pi-network looks to a VHF signal. So if we are concerned about VHF signals, we are concerned with parasitics unless I have totally missed something and we are now talking about VHF amplifiers. If the parasitic has been supressed, why worry about what the pi-net looks at VHF (other than harmonic attenuation)? 73, Jon KE9NA ------------------------------------- Jon Ogden KE9NA http://www.qsl.net/ke9na "A life lived in fear is a life half lived." -- FAQ on WWW: http://www.contesting.com/ampfaq.html Submissions: amps@contesting.com Administrative requests: amps-REQUEST@contesting.com Problems: owner-amps@contesting.com Search: http://www.contesting.com/km9p/search.htm |
