The 4CX250/350 family of devices doesn't lend itself to GG operation.  If you 
look at the specs, you'll see the 
grid power dissapation rating is ZERO watts for the 350 and 2W for the 250.  
Not a good choice for GG.  They 
are really meant for grid driven service.
