If they have the same number of turns on their windings, yes.  However, 
there would only be an advantage to increasing the avg. current 
capability for RTTY and FM operation.  . The stock SB-220 transformer has 
12 ohms of secondary R, which is quite satisfactory for SSB operation.  .
