I got hold of a Bird Terminating Resistor with these details on the tag :
Freq: 54-216 Mhz
DC -Resistance 51,4 Ohm
Serial A1140
Stock no 97330
Also it carries the RCA logo.
Further it has a small box with 2 poles for some electric connection on the top
back, between the cooling fins. It is oil filled and I guess it can take
minimum 1 Kw for some time.
Anybody out there who got some more info ?
I am hoping that it can be used at HF frequencies as well.
