Why not try to get the meter fixed. Try a good instrument repair shop. There
is one here in Spokane that rebuilds meters. Worth a try. Even if it costs
more than the Harbagh replacement. I'm sure that Rich or Carl could tell you
what the meter current sensitivity is...
