Hello there,
For a ceramic type glue that is great for use in heat and vacuum work, I
use "Torr Seal", I believe made by Dupont. It's expensive but strong as
hell. We've used it in HF and VHF RF work as forms without problems, but
a relative low power levels.
I'll get more details about the name and properties shortly.
Another great candidate would be fiberglass boat repair glue called
marine tex. It is a hard epoxy type glue that can be drilled and tapped
when hard. It's RF properties are unknown. Best of all, it's easy to find
and cheap enough to experiment with.
For a no-guess type professional adhesive meeting your requirements,
Contact the Master Bond Company on the East Coast. They're really pricey,
but they know what to make up for most any requirement.
cheers
