[AMPS] TRW PT6702 or PT6747?

PT was one of the prefixes used for TRW RF parts (others were J0 and MRA), some 
were
custom parts but the vast majority were for general sale.  I can't say I 
recognise the
numbers listed but they may be standard parts.

Check out the Motorola RF Devices Data book.  Motorola bought TRW some years 
back and
most of the range was dropped in favour of Motorola equivalents.  However a 
good cross
reference exists in the first section of the Motorola book which should help.  
I have a
few old TRW data books at work, I will bring them home this weekend and see 
what I can
find.
