As Rich said, is it worth worrying about? It's probably a mixture of line
regulation and transformer resistance/leakage reactance (and the main
contributor is the transformer)  - assuming you're not using a voltage
doubler, of course.

What size line are you running? I figure you need at least a 15 amp line;
probably nearer 18 to 19 amps with all the rest of the supplies like fils,
blowers etc. And that's making no allowance for the power factor, either. So
a 30 amp line might be a good idea anyway.

I4JMY's suggestions are good, follow his advice if you're really that
worried about it.
