Not much on SSB, unless you talk slow and clearly especially with 
a southern USA accent.

A noticeable amount on CW, especially when in contests.

Adding the bias system hurts nothing, and helps reduce heat.

When the amp is on and it's 80 degrees outside, I appreciate even 
a few hundred watts less average heat. Near the north pole, I would 
view the problem quite differently.
