Yes, it's a real beauty. Going back to the original
question, assuming the wost and polyester potting doesn't
cure the secondary insulation problem, I'm after suggestions
as to what level of primary leakage to the core/secondary
(and at what voltage) might be acceptable to use the
transformer on an insulated stand.
