The problem is what do you mean by matching? Strictly, the match should be
on piv and reverse capacity and reverse recovery time. If you match on piv
and allow a reasonable safety factor, you'll likely get away (especially
with diodes from the same batch) with the other factors.
If you get diodes on the same bandolier, there's a good chance they are from
the same batch. But they may need piv matching even then.
