? Piece of cake. Use a 10mm to 25mm coil form. Drill a small double
hole for the wire lugs to secure the winding. To make solder lugs, bend
18-20ga buswire into two small U shapes and insert them from the inside
of the form. Bend the wire over from the outside with needle-nose pliers
to form two small loops that function as solder lugs;. One loop is for
the winding. The other loop is for soldering a wire to connect with the
circuitry. Solder the beginning of the winding to one lug. Wind a
single layer of approx #24 type-W silicone-varnish electric-motor
rewinding wire. Use no more than 60uH or you are going to have pesky
resonances / choke-fires in the ham bands. Apply urethane varnish
