Some folks use keyers sending dits at c. 50wpm.

You can easily build one. A 30% duty-cycle pulser diagram is on my Web
site. The circuit is not copyrighted, so if you want to go into the
buisness, have at it. Virtually all SSB amplifiers benefit from being
tuned up this way.
