[AMPS] 220K resistor vs choke and sound card tone generator program...

I have built amplifiers with out the "choke" or resistor on the output of
the tank. After a key-down, the load cap will sit there
and snap a few times. Discharging the tank circuit. However, the discharge
is not 100 %. There is still voltage left in the tank.
I know this, because I have felt it with my finger........ooowwwwww!
