Any dust is bad dust. To avoid confusion let me quote a data sheet about
crystalline silica compounds.
"... which may cause lung cancer. Inhalation of dust from grinding cured
material may cause lung cancer risk."
A friend (wa6bwr sk, rip) passed from a similar airborne dust cancer. It
was as bad as you would expect it to be.
