virtually any plastics supplier.

There is a simpler way.   Apply silicone rubber adhesive to the bottom of 
each cap.    Set them in rows. with a suitable air gap  to allow air to 
circulate.   When the silicone rubber sets up, the caps are shock 
mounted.
