For T network, covering 160 meters on up to 10:

Each C, around 500 to 600 uF total. This may be a combination
of variable plus option to switch in an added 200
to 300 pF, on both sides of the inductor.

For the L, 25 to 30 uHy is the target area.

To check component values vs. load impedance, both
the resistive part and the reactive part to be matched,
have a look at the Java tuner simulator at:

    http://fermi.la.asu.edu/w9cf/tuner/tuner.html

You can learn a bunch fiddling with component values and
loads at this site! Read the instructions, hi.
