0A to neu  -  120V
0B to neu  -   208V 'wild leg'
0C to neu  -   120V
0A to 0B   -    240V
0B to 0C   -    240V
0A to 0C   -    240V

Note:  The '0' is phase but I cannot make a '0' with a slash mark through
it.
