Hi Tom,
I have three wires coming into the house. Red, Black, White.
>From white (neutral) to Black or Red I get about 124 Volts. But from
Black to Red I get only 215 Volts. Do I have to live with this or should
I complain??
Thanks again. 73, Ted K2QMF
