I had quite a hard job to get the N series to survive
at 3500VDC in my HT PSU, lots of flashes, centerpins
was melt etc. Swaped to C connectors and has never
been a problems since.
Series C seems to be a great HT connector up to at least 4kV
although it has the same ratings as the N in my sheets....
