No doubt it does. Never used the Paragon, but I use dual 500 Hz
filters (8.83 MHz 2nd IF & 455 kHz 3rd IF) in my TS850S and indeed the PBT
works better with tight filters for CW. Rich (and the rest of us,
evidently) were commenting on phone characteristics.
