        OK, I need some help.....Clipperton L decent shape, BUT.....the 
transformer 
has an audible hum....even loafing. As you draw any amount of current the hum 
gets louder. I tightened the lamination screws, still hums. What next ?? A 
bath in varnish ?  Any ideas ??   Thanks 73
