However, there are some limits in the ITU-R Recommendations, which are
incorporated into the Radio Regulations. These haven't been translated into FCC
Rules - which is a bit strange, since the US signs up to the Radio Regs as a
signatory to an international treaty. On the other hand, the limits in the ITU-R
Recommendations are so wide that a tx that just met them would be distinctly
anti social. Even Rich's neighbour with his G2DAF would probably have problems
getting his signal that wide!
