[Amps] AL811H

I just replaced all 4 tubes in my Ameritron AL 811H amp...When I turn it
on, the Plate Current (Ip) goes to 75 mA, and the Grid Current meter
pins itself fully left (less than 0 mA)...The HV is OK at 1800 volts...I
think I put everything back together the way it was before I took out
the old tubes...

Anyone know what gives here? I am NO expert at this stuff...Customer
service not there on Saturday!!
