2800v with a FWD is c. 7kVdc -- virtually ideal for an 8166/4-1000A on 
SSB.  for CW and RTTY, a FWB is good.  See Figure 3 on my Web site for a 
dual-V SPST-switchable FWD/FWB circuit.
