[Amps] Vacuum Cap

I hold in my hand, a BIG vacuum variable cap.
Part number is N16-C-65863-2275. 10.000Volts.
Some one scribbled with an Sharpie pen on it
"Type UCS" 

On the visible  internal cylinder there is engraved
"8-61-170"

There seem to be some hints of erosion on the "harmonica"
which leads me to think that the vacuum is gone but
have no proof for it.

Does anyone know who might be the manufacturer of this
cap, their phone number and perhaps some specifications
for it?
