You're correct, Dennis.

Whoever posted yesterday that the DTR-2000L amplifier uses a voltage tripler
was wrong.  The schematic clearly shows a voltage doubler made of twelve 1kV
3A diodes and twelve 100uF, 500V capacitors.

Based on that rather weak design, the output voltage sag @ 1Adc load current
would be a rather walloping 545V, making some logical assumptions for the
impedance of the transformer, diodes and capacitors.

If it were a tripler, the voltage would sag nearly to zero based on the same
component selection.
