Some rigs get close on the worse bands (like the TS2000) but that still isn't any justification for adding to the problem by taking things down another notch. When used in a mobile with a small antenna and modest power, little 12V amps are acceptable. I hope we all discourage high IMD amplifiers for home use, especially when used with large antennas. 73 Tom |
