[Amps] 10KW manufacturer

For a commercial project I have a client requesting a 10KW HF radio
system. Who manufactures an amplifier/integrated system at this power
level commercially. Looking for something that is a series production
item, no one off specials. Most of the stuff I can find is either 1 or 5
KW max.
