| There is a schematic of an 833A amplifier in the 1979 ARRL Handbook, pgs 6-45 & 46. It is only designed for 160, 80, and 40 meters and I do not think the 833 is the best choice for operation much higher in frequency. The 4-1000A might be a better choice. I have used both tubes in GG amplifier service and they provide many db of cool appeal. Whatever you decide on, an observation window is a must with a big glass bottle. Jim |
