**** VHF Amplifier ****

Late '70's vintage likely Military, probably airborne, VHF power
amplifier
assembly. It consists of 7 almost identical amplifier assemblies
clustered around a
central housing that has splitter combiner networks which are plugged
onto each end with a bunch of SMB connectors. There are TNC's for the
main in's & outs. I think it was originally configured as one amp,
driving two, driving four boards. The complete assembly measures 7.5" x
5" x 3.5" overall -- the individual RF amp boards are 4.5" by 2". The
outer covers are mostly missing. Each amplifier is a push pull design --
they appear to be
50 ohm in & out impedance with either PT6747 or PT6702 TRW transistors.
I would guess this unit operates on 28VDC. I don't know what frequency
range it covers nor the power level though, just guessing, it probably
puts out at least 100W. And there is no manufacturer name -- probably
went with the outer cover. Six of the modules are marked OK and one, the
input stage I think, is marked NO Good. The individual amps have
integral heat sink plates so, they could be removed from the assembly and
used separately. Think of it as 7 amplifier boards @ $10 ea -- Bare PCB's
would cost as much! -- $70

*** MISCELLANEOUS ***

NOS coily cable for a Yaesu MH-27 mike (may fit others). Later version
with the RJ connector at the radio end. $10.

NOS fan that fits some Japanese radio...marked: 57 10.01 100V
The wires from the motor are about 4' long and are terminated in a 2
pin JST connector.
The impeller has 8 blades and is 7 cm in diameter.
It is mounted to a U shaped metal frame with four mounting holes spaced
5cm by 9cm
  $10

Filter Cap Assemblies: Eight CDE 80 uF/450V axial electrolytics mounted
to a 5"x8" fiberglass PCB -- these are currently wired sort of
series-parallel but, could be reconfigured by cutting & jumping a couple
PC traces. $20 ea. (2 available)

Large (uncased) display unit. 256, T-1 3/4, red LED's arranged in a 16 x
16 pattern that is about 5" square. There is a 6" x 6" mother board plus
16 daughter boards holding the LED's. The LED's are driven by latches
so any/all of them can be lit. There is a 14 pin DIP interface connector
-- pin out provided. $65.

DPDT Crystal Can relays with 600ohm 28V coils and 2A 28V contacts made
by Leach, Datron and other manufacturers. They have small solder hook
pins for connection and a pair of ears on the sides to mount the relay.
These are old but, as they are hermetically sealed, they should be like
new inside! NOS $3 ea (a dozen or so available)

***** Power Supplies, Inverter, UPS *****

Open (L-shaped) frame linear power supplies 6" x 3" x 2" with attached 2
wire polarized line cord, 120V 60 Hz AC input; internal 1A line fuse.
There is a relay that switches the 3 voltage outputs. They have a
six-pin SIL output connector and come with a matching cable to pigtails.
The wires are: GND, +5V switched, -5V switched, relay (gnd to operate),
+12 switched, and +12 constant (for the relay). Just guessing from the
780X series regulators, I would think that the +12 and +5 outputs are
good for about an amp. and the -5, which regulator is unheatsinked,
perhaps a couple hundred mA.
$12 ea. (5 units available)

Lambda LM B0-60 -- 0-60V, .45A Linear Power supply with remote sense
terminals, screwdriver voltage adjust, 5"x3"x7" -- used $25

***** Mechanical Things & tools *****

IBM Model 75 Selectric typewriter -- Rare transistional electronic 96
character model, circa 1980, in IBM blue with mechanical keyboard (feels
like a Selectric II) and electronic 7500 character (26 documents + 99
phrases) memory. Good condition, types, but needs a bit of TLC (new
ribbons, oil?) as it has been stored (indoors, clean & dry) for the last
15 years. $250

Very Large format graphics camera. Looks like it will take up to 14" x
18" film. Has a f4.5 lens that stops down to f16, with no shutter -- use
a lens cap with slow film. Designed to ride on a 14" wide track, a
couple strips of wood or metal that I don't have. No manufacturer info
visible. $250.

Craftsman (Atlas) lathe screw for a 54" bed (36" work space) lathe.
Used, good condition. $100

Craftsman 335.25926 "Drill Press" -- adapts a 1/4" electric drill (not
included)
to function as a small drill press. Used, but not much! $20

Trav-A-Dial bidirectional electronic counter -- I think this was
originally for use with a mill or lathe in conjunction with a 200
count/rev quadrature encoder (which I DON'T have but are available from
many sources) to read displacement in .0005" increments up to 200 inches.
These use Hewlett Packard dot matrix decimal readouts for a very pretty
display. Switches for direction control and reset. Nice cast metal
case, requires 5 volts power, 6 pin female Jones connector interface w/
pinout provided. $75

Used tested HP 5082-7300 RHDP decimal readouts -- $5 ea
Used tested HP 5082-7304 +/-1 decimal readouts -- $3 ea

NOS 5082-7302 LHDP decimal readouts, still in HP packaging, $10 ea.

Listed below are serious squirrel cage type fans:

ILG Electric Ventilation 17-18-022A encased motor with 181-009-EA fan
115/230 VAC 1.6A/.8A 50/60Hz 3000 RPM 4?" round intake, 3?" x 4-3/4"
rectangular output flange, weighs 25 lbs. used -- $30

Kooltronic Model DF1F016N Dual fan style 230 VAC 1.2A 60Hz 3000 RPM
3?" round intakes, 2.5" x 5" rectangular output flanges, 16" long by
about 7" diameter overall, weigh 15 lbs. These look like NOS but,
they are a mite dusty from storage -- $25 ea (3 available)
