I have a hypersil plate transformer with CCS ratings listed on the ID plate.  I 
know a little about ICAS ratings but my question is:  What percentage increase 
in KVA over the CCS rating would be allowed to be drawn if the load were on for 
10 minutes and off for 10 minutes?
