Offering for the amplifier builder, a brand new ,old stock (tested only)
date coded 1989 Eimac 8877/3CX1500A7 tube and a difficult to locate
package of components for a high power amplifier builder. The tube has
been tested for 2200W output (4000VDC) in an experimental Drake L4B/8877
retrofit and working flawlessly. The package includes a new commerical
grade porcelain air system tube socket, a heavy wall custom teflon
chimney, NIB Stancor filament transformer rated at 5VCT @ 15A (115VAC
input), and a custom fabricated aluminum finned heat disippating plate
cap. Will include a 12VDC 10W zener diode.(not shown). The tube has been
used only for several minutes for testing purposes only. $550 complete
