[Amps] SB-200 Extra Fan

Hi Guys

i have a Heathkit SB-200, i just picked it up, it has soft start and a new fan 
inside, it also came with a extra fan for on top, i guess ?. what i am 
interested in is !!     ...     Do i Blow into or Suck out of the amp from the 
top with the extra fan.
