If a tube or tubes oscillates in any bias state, the problem is not the
bias-V.
The Sletvana tubes require a higher cutoff voltage that the
original CETRON tubes. Check out RFPARTS web site for more info -
they have
a tech bulletin on how to use two diodes and a cap to get a new cutoff
voltage via the filament transformer.
It's been awhile, but I had to mod two FL2100Bs for this reason.
