on LIGHTWEIGHT travel amp -
The new MFJ ALS 600 with switching supply
looks good RF deck 12.5 lbs and switching
supply is 10 lbs - output 500w
Is the switching supply quiet RF wise?
Is MFJ still building less than quality stuff ?
Any suggestions in UNDER 30 lbs class
for Travel AMP - again AL 811 comes
to mind - MORE MFJ
I wish there was a two part amp with PS
separate that could be under 30 lbs and
output at least 600w on CW
Any suggestions ?
