The 14F1436 is rated for DC filter, blocking, and bypass duty. Rated at 50 deg C at 12500 volts DC, it needs to be derated for 65 and 85 deg C, to 11650 and 10000 volts. Case is 8 x 4 x 5.5inches tall, weight 10 lbs. Bushings stick out about 2.5 inches. It has a 164 watt second rating. It is vintage 1965 technology.

I don't have info on the other GE #.
You can contact GE in the Hudson Falls, NY plant, where they make capacitors. Ask for application engineer.

The Sprague Clorinal part is PCB dielectric. I have no other info on it.
