Never seen a buddy loosing 80% of his total weight, and half his height
in three seconds ?
Well its very simple, enter a HT tension cabin ( 3KV3 more then  enough
) and just do some stupid things with your fingers..... only three
seconds just that "QUICK", and  no more need to talk about "220 OUTLET".

Talking about dead horses.......!

Hal, it's done all the time. I knew an (old) electrician who told me he 
tested 120 vac any day of the week with his fingers, tested 240 vac on a

dry day, but never messed with 440.

Like I say, he was pretty old.
