  If I sell something on any online source, I won't take COD. Been 
there, done that, people change their minds and refuse a package for 
whatever reason and the seller is stuck with the shipping both ways! If 
somebody wants to come to my house and check the item, that's not a problem.
  As far as positives on Ebay, you can give as many positives as items 
you win, but only 1 counts toward the final score. Look at his feedback 
page again,      Feedback Score: 80
  All positive feedback received:100
So the 10 from one person really only count for 1 in the total.
I'm not saying that's a good thing or a bad thing, just saying that's 
the way it is. :)
