Well,
I thought it was a Motorola, but here's the kicker. I can find every Motorola
book I have EXCEPT my one on diodes which aint on the shelf for some reason.
I'll find it with a look around where ever I've laid it at. Rectron was the
only other manufacturer who had a MDA part number that I can see.
