According to my Motorola Semiconductor Data Library, the MDA1333H is a
"Rectifier Assembly".
Material: Silicon
Master Reference Device: MDA1330H (Controlling Data Sheet, in other words)
V-rrm = 10,000 volts
I-fsm = 250 amps
I-frm = no spec
I-o = 2.5 amps @ 40 degrees C
Motorola describes this device as a "Motorola in-house non-registered rectifier
assembly."
