Dave is a former president of ETO/ALPHA,
and was so during the heyday of PA-77df
design and marketing. He operates a facility
currently, in Colorado, near Fort Collins.
His lab enables him to design, build and also
repair the most complex, and the simplest
of radio gear.
What's important is that he is not bound by
conventional restraints as set forth by
