Sounds like sour grapes Will.  Now that there will be no code requirements, 
you and your friend will have no excuses.  BTW, KB3CX, Bill in Pittsburgh 
has no arms or legs and can't really see more than light from dark.  You can 
catch him on 3805 every evening.  He's the happiest ham I know.
