mike that cap is 10kv 2200pf  as you thought it was .

i use one in my SB220  as a dc blocking cap but its 1000pf  @ 10kv , i drive 
it with 150w in the 2400v setting for 1kw out and also 150w drive in 3kv 
setting at 1.5kw out .

i also use these caps in my 160m shunt fed tower and wil hanlde 1.9kw of rf 
on 160m ok .

they are very good caps, just make sure the 5mm screws into them arent too 
long because it isnt hard to break the silver solder joints where the 
threaded posts are mounted .
