Please excuse me for not providing more detail.
I made a 1929 Hartley using a 204A Heising modulated with an 849.
Both tubes are filament heated with 11 VAC @ 5 amps wiht center tap on 204 for
keying..or plate on during AM...ct on the 849 for 'modulation control'....
In one QSO, I was told there was a little hummmmm on the signal..otherwise good.
I'd like to have just 'good.'...hihi
