I have it in mind to build a 400-W MOSFET amp for 80-40 and would be interested in experimenting with PIN-diode T/R switching. I'm aware of the problems with high VSWR but I can deal with them. But I can't find anything in my 03 Handbook on the subject. I understand the 'how,' but would like to know what available devices to use, and where to get small quantities. Thanks. 73, Jim, KR1S http://kr1s.kearman.com/ _______________________________________________ Amps mailing list Amps@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/amps |
