He's an Extra, so should already know that. Of course there are many Extras
that routinely put out illegal power on 80. Maybe he is wanting to take it
on DXpedition to Jamaica. :)

why don't you just invest the money in a good antenna system as the alpha
will put out a solid 1500 watts output and anything beyond that is strictly
