Will, Just recently a fellow was selling an SB-200 on E-bay. He had gotten
it in a "trade deal" Did not want it and put it up on e-bay. Quite
"honestly" he had a photo of the inside of it. I had a look and saw that the
HF coil
was missing. He stated it worked on 80 -10 so I e-mailed him and made him
aware of the void of the HF coil. It was obvious (to me at least) that is was
a CB 11 meter conversion. It sold for almost $300.00, but who knows if the
guy who bought it knew what was what? AS for the SB-220, Yes I have seen that
conversion with a third tube where the transformer is and an outboard
