Roger,
Extra transfer fees?
The key clue is to look at the feedbacks. If he has less than 98% I'd run
like crazy. I would look at what people actually say in the feedbacks and
what the seller says about the people in his feedbacks.
The old eBay system can let a lot of marginal ebayers amass a lot of
positives and still be a poor ebayer.
The new system a year from now will give you a more exact measure.
There's a couple really good Russian ebayers. QRO-Stuff is one of them.
However, I had a buddy trying to get 4cx800's from him and went through 3
bad pairs and the refund took forever.
The bad tubes blew up his amp everytime too.
There's nice Jennings relays on ebay from USA sellers. Only go out of the
country when you absoluelty have to.

This eBay seller has some vacuum relays I'm interested
in. has anyone had any bad experiences ordering from
him? I'm nervous about sending money to Russia without
any guarantee of delivery of items purchased. Seller
states that, "We have a representative in U.S. who accepts
payments" but does not say who this person is. He also
states, "PayPal payment can accepted from continental U.S.
buyers. The buyer should provide a PayPal CONFIRMED address
and pay this transfer fee". What transfer fee? How much?
Any insight appreciated.
